Lori was born in London, Ontario and moved to the Niagara Region in elementary school. She graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Distinction in 1994. Lori then continued her education at Niagara College and graduated with a Legal Assistant Diploma in 1997.
Lori has been employed as a Law Clerk since 1996 and has been working in family law for 23 years, including the last five years at Miranda J. Belansky Law.
Lori continues to reside in the Niagara Region with her husband, three children and Shih-poo. She enjoys travelling, reading, watching movies, drinking wine and laughing.
